We're dedicated to ensuring that every resident we serve has access to the support and opportunities necessary to break free from the cycle of unemployment, deprivation, and poverty through positive community based interventions.

We have over 25 years experience delivering employment support projects for companies across South Yorkshire and we pull on this wide network of employers to help create roles specifically for residents within the communities we support.

We openly share our progress with our communities, trustees, donors and commissioning bodies and continuously assess our impact and hold ourselves to account.
